OUR PROCESS
From the moment you call Everloving Home Health, we begin considering you and your loved one’s specific needs. An in-home visit is scheduled to help us assess the appropriate level of care required. Once all parties involved agree on a custom plan of care, Everloving Home Health matches your family with the health care professional that is best suited to your family’s situation. Our system of matching caregivers to clients takes numerous factors into consideration: services needed, your loved one’s interests and the personalities of all parties involved. Follow up team meetings are encouraged to ensure the continuation of exceptional care.
